Sanctuary registration is currently closed. Membership terms below describe the planned offer when registration opens. Digital products currently use Fourthwall checkout and download delivery, with the provider’s terms and disclosures shown before payment. A Sanctuary subscription is not required for these purchases.
1. Our Services
Empowered Spirit Healing provides digital spiritual education and wellbeing resources, which may include:
- Audio teachings and educational recordings.
- Guided meditations and hypnosis.
- EFT tapping practices.
- Ebooks, worksheets, journals and downloadable guides.
- Spiritual and personal-development resources.
- Access to The Sanctuary membership.
The availability of individual products and resources may change over time.
2. Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to create a paid account, purchase digital products or subscribe to The Sanctuary, unless otherwise expressly permitted by us and applicable law.
3. Educational and Wellbeing Disclaimer
Our resources are provided for spiritual exploration, education, relaxation, self-reflection and personal development.
They are not medical or psychological treatment and do not replace advice, diagnosis or treatment from qualified healthcare professionals.
We do not guarantee particular health, emotional, financial, spiritual or personal-development outcomes.
Individual experiences and results vary.
Spiritual concepts and practices discussed in our materials may reflect personal beliefs, traditional interpretations or philosophical perspectives rather than established scientific conclusions.
Guided meditation, hypnosis and similar recordings should only be used in appropriate, safe environments. Do not listen to recordings intended for relaxation, hypnosis or sleep while driving or operating machinery.
If a practice causes distress or discomfort, you may stop using it and seek appropriate support.
4. The Sanctuary Membership
The Sanctuary is an ongoing, self-paced digital membership providing access to an evolving collection of educational, spiritual and reflective resources.
The standard membership price is US$15 per month, unless an expressly authorised promotion applies.
Your membership includes access to the resources currently published within The Sanctuary for the duration of your active subscription.
Each month, we intend to provide a new Embodied Manifestation audio teaching and a complementary guided meditation or hypnosis recording.
Additional resources may be added from time to time, but no fixed quantity or schedule of bonus materials is guaranteed.
The Sanctuary does not include private coaching, personalised recordings, individual healing sessions or live consultations.
5. Subscription Payments and Renewal
The Sanctuary operates as a recurring monthly subscription.
By subscribing, you authorise the payment provider to charge the disclosed subscription fee at the start of each billing period until the subscription is cancelled.
The checkout process will display the applicable price, currency, billing interval and any taxes or additional charges before you complete payment.
The standard price is stated in US dollars. Your bank or payment provider may apply exchange-rate conversions or international transaction charges.
Your renewal date and payment information will be available through your account or billing portal.
We will not introduce a different subscription price for an existing customer without complying with applicable contractual and legal notice requirements.
6. Cancelling Your Membership
You may cancel your subscription at any time using the membership or billing portal.
Cancellation stops future automatic subscription renewals.
You will ordinarily retain access to The Sanctuary until the end of your current paid billing period.
Cancellation does not normally provide a refund for the unused portion of the billing period, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed by us.
If you experience difficulty cancelling, contact admin@empoweredspirithealing.com.
Further details are provided in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
7. Digital Products
Digital products are supplied electronically through downloads, protected online access or another delivery method described at purchase.
Please review each product's description, format, compatibility and inclusions before purchasing.
Digital products purchased separately from The Sanctuary are not automatically included in membership access.
Similarly, joining The Sanctuary does not automatically provide ownership of every product sold elsewhere on our website.
Where you purchase a downloadable digital product, you receive a personal-use licence, not ownership of the underlying copyright.
8. Personal Use and Intellectual Property
Unless expressly stated otherwise, our recordings, written materials, downloads, website content and original resources are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your purchase or membership permits personal, non-commercial use in accordance with the product description.
You must not, without permission:
- Resell, redistribute or publicly upload our paid resources.
- Share paid download files or member-only access with other people.
- Copy or reproduce substantial portions of our resources for commercial purposes.
- Use another member's account or share your login credentials.
- Claim our original material as your own.
If you would like permission to use a resource at a retreat, workshop, healing circle or other group event, please contact us to discuss the intended use.
9. Member Accounts and Reflection Journal
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and notifying us if you suspect unauthorised access.
The Reflection Journal is provided for your personal use.
You retain rights to your original journal entries. You grant us only the limited permission necessary to store, process, display and export those entries in order to provide the journal service.
Journal entries are not intended to be publicly visible to other members.
Please keep personal copies of any important reflections or downloads.
Use of the Reflection Journal is governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Availability and Technical Issues
We aim to provide reliable access to the website, membership library and purchased resources.
Occasional interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical failures, service-provider issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will take reasonable steps to resolve problems within our control.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected if a purchased product or service is not supplied as required.
11. Refunds and Consumer Rights
We do not generally offer discretionary refunds for changes of mind, unused membership time or digital products purchased in error.
However, nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy for further details.
12. External Websites and Services
Our website may link to YouTube, Substack, Palette, Fourthwall and other third-party services.
These platforms operate independently and have their own terms, privacy practices and purchasing arrangements.
Purchases made directly through another provider may be subject to that provider's applicable checkout and support processes, alongside any statutory consumer rights.
13. Appropriate Use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with security features, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious code or engage in unlawful activity.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, intellectual property or platform security, subject to applicable law and any required remedies.
14. Changes to Our Services or Terms
We may update website features, resources and these Terms from time to time.
We will not remove or materially diminish paid entitlements in a way that breaches applicable law or our contractual obligations.
Where required, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, subject to any mandatory consumer protections or other laws that apply in the customer's jurisdiction.
