“Today, I experienced a spiritual healing session with the beautiful Paula.
At first laying on the massage table I thought in my mind that this was going to be so uncomfortable on my body back, knees, neck, etc, although as soon as Paula began working on me I felt so relaxed and at times I felt like my body was floating and had left itself.
When she asked me to think of my happy place, I thought of two places, one being in a meadow with my daughter Natalie being healed herself with my grandchildren bringing me sunflowers.
The other was all my family with there X’s and current partners and children all holding hands together on the beach dancing away. It was so beautiful and peaceful. Not a harsh word was mentioned, only love and peace.
The longer throughout my session, the more I felt inner peace, even confronting my inner child, smiling with so much happiness and love.
